Alexander Friedmann-Hahn founded his gallery in Berlin-Charlottenburg in 2005, from the very beginning with a focus on outstanding international contemporary figurative painting, photography and sculpture. The Galerie Friedmann-Hahn now represents twenty artists from seven nations, which are shown in solo and group exhibitions as well as at national and international art fairs and that are represented in important private and public collections. Since 2010, the Norwegian artist Anders Gjennestad has added an additional position to contemporary urban art.
As publisher, Alexander Friedmann-Hahn produces artist catalogs and filmic artist portraits in collaboration with well-known art historians, which can be seen on the gallery's website, as well as virtual tours of current and past exhibitions. Read More
