You have to look twice and blink at least once before you can get involved with the works of artist Torsten Pracht, which are always in black and white. It flickers in front of our eyes and only then do we immerse ourselves in these very large motifs of everyday life, which Torsten Pracht has chosen for us and at first completely hidden under a layer of black. What he then reveals of them, however, is decided - or he decides - in an extremely elaborate and lengthy, meditative-seeming process of revealing and working out individual lines of the hidden underground. Torsten Pracht lives and works in Osnabrück.
